Simple and easy to use, you will be guided through a series of input fields per employee - then drill into the employee and choose your template document; the app then makes a custom PDF version of the document, which can be emailed to the employee for signature. This is not a generic document, the input fields enables the user to personalise each pack of documents, creating multiple personalised employment packs. There are no in-App purchases, it's ONLY one single price, thereafter you can generate as many packs as you like. If you are running the risk of operating without issuing employment contracts and associated documents, this app will ensure you comply with employment legislation. Failing to issue such documents may result in you having to pay 4 weeks pay to each employee you have.
You don't need to have access to a computer to generate the documents, you make them on your iPhone/iPad anytime & anywhere. As the data is then stored on your device, thereafter you can use the app as an employment database (optionally PIN-protected). If you need to look up a salary, start date, job title, benefits, for any of your employees it will all be stored on your device. Quick & easy to navigate, you will have all company employment information at your fingertips. Make an employee a verbal offer straight after an interview, back it up with a written PDF offer / contract there and then, will certainly impress any new starter joining your organisation.
One price for this cutting edge employment technology = employment document maker & database, that will grow as you do....
